The guiding principles of the founder, Jack L. Massie, in 1947 are carried forward by the second and third generation of this family's commitment to this industry. Strong involvement in professional associations, our community, education and ethical employment practices are elements to which the family is committed. This is the foundation of our success. Jack L. Massie received an honorarium from the Virginia State House upon his passing as "a Great Virginian and a leader in the industry." His sons and grandchildren have been honored as well, and they continue to deliver quality projects using the approach established by the company founder, Jack L. Massie.
