Accounts Management, Linda Massie
The Cash Management department works diligently to manage cash balances
to provide payment for materials, labor and equipment utilized in our
projects. Prompt payment of vendors allows JLMCI to respond quickly to
the needs of our projects.
Insurance
is managed to meet the specific needs of each project. Our 60-year
track record with insurance vendors allows us to provide this service
at an economical cost to our customers. We have experience
participating in OSIP projects, and we are flexible in meeting the
requests of our customers.

Scale House, Kevin Sharman
Our
Stone Center offers a variety of aggregates in numerous sizes to
satisfy the needs of your job. We also manufacture CTA (Cement Treated
Aggregate) to your specifications at our facility. CTA is a cost
effective alternative to asphalt. Our Centerville Road facility
provides compactable fill material and serves as a disposal site for
inert materials. JLMCI maintains it’s own fleet of dump trucks that can
deliver your materials in a safe and timely manner to the Williamsburg
and surrounding areas.

Equipment Maintenance, Ken Hershey
At
our ten bay maintenance facility here, we constantly strive for 100%
equipment up time and 0% repeat work. We utilize state of the art
diagnostic equipment, combined with highly educated and trained
technicians. As a general rule we try to maintain 1.5 to 2 bays per
technician to allow for continued work as they wait for parts and or
material. Included in the maintenance facility are the technicians that
are tasked with maintaining all on road and off road trucks and
equipment. The shop is the center of the company as it takes care of
all the maintenance and repairs for the construction departments. We
are a safe facility. We work as a team to get the work done.

Grading & Utility Construction, Scott Massie
Our
team is responsible for all segments of a project that pertain to
grading & utility work. Our grading work includes surveying,
clearing and grubbing, erosion control, excavation, misc. concrete,
stone base placement, paving, top soiling & seeding. Our utility
work includes sanitary sewer systems, storm drain systems, domestic and fire waterlines, and conduits for dry utilities.
We use the latest in technology (GPS) to provide the most efficient and
accurate work possible. Our goal is to deliver the highest quality
project on time and under budget.
